Whether you're shipping from multiple warehouses, looking for ways to increase average order value, or streamlining warehouse operations, the inventory and order management updates in 2025.2 bring some genuinely transformative capabilities to your business.
Let the System Choose the Best Warehouse for Every Order
Order orchestration is the headline feature here, and it's a game-changer for businesses shipping from multiple locations. Instead of manually deciding which warehouse should fulfil each order, the system now does it for you. You choose between two strategies: Destination Priority (based on the customer's shipping address and shipping zones) or Warehouse Priority (using your own ranked list of warehouses). Define your orchestration plans, and the system analyses inventory, recommends the optimal warehouse — or combination of warehouses — and can even run on a schedule for fully automated processing. For high-volume operations, this removes a significant manual bottleneck.

AI-Powered Cross-Sell Suggestions
The new Cross-Sell Assistant uses machine learning to analyse your historical sales data and automatically generate product recommendations for stock and non-stock items. Configure it once — set the data period, minimum relevance score, and maximum suggestions — and it runs on a schedule. Your team can review and approve suggestions individually or in bulk, and you can fine-tune the rules at the item class or individual item level. It's a practical way to increase order value without adding workload to your sales team.

Guided Putaway for Warehouse Staff
Warehouse workers now receive guided putaway prompts through the mobile app. Specify a default putaway location for each stock item per warehouse, and the system suggests the correct location during putaway. Workers can scan the suggested location or choose a different one. This reduces errors, speeds up receiving, and is especially valuable for teams onboarding new warehouse staff.

Non-Stock Items in Automated Warehouse Workflows
You can now receive, return, and put away non-stock items using barcode scanning — particularly useful when stock and non-stock items are ordered together. Default locations can be set at the warehouse level, keeping your workflows consistent regardless of item type.

Drop Shipping for Intercompany Purchases
If you operate multiple companies within the same tenant, intercompany purchases now support drop shipping. Goods can ship directly from one company's warehouse to the other company's external customer, including handling returns. It's a cleaner, faster way to manage intercompany fulfilment.
