MYOB Acumatica 2025.2: Shopify GraphQL Migration, Sales Quotes & Payment Terms Sync

For businesses running Shopify or BigCommerce alongside MYOB Acumatica, this release delivers meaningful improvements to sync performance, data consistency, and the range of workflows you can manage between platforms.

Faster, More Reliable Shopify Syncing with GraphQL

The most significant change under the hood is the migration from Shopify's REST API to GraphQL across all major entities — customers, locations, products, sales orders, refunds, payments, shipments, and store data. What does this mean in practice? Faster syncing with fewer API calls, more efficient data transfers (the system fetches only the data it needs), greater stability without API versioning issues, and faster troubleshooting. After upgrading, it's worth reviewing your entity mappings as some REST-only fields may no longer be available.

Import Shopify Draft Orders as Sales Quotes

Draft orders created in Shopify can now be imported as sales quotes in MYOB Acumatica. Configure the import by activating the Sales Quote entity and setting a quote order type on the Shopify Stores form. You can edit quotes in MYOB Acumatica while continuing to edit the corresponding draft order in Shopify, with changes from Shopify flowing into your ERP. Finalisation can happen in either system — giving your sales and e-commerce teams the flexibility to work where they're most comfortable.

Sync B2B Payment Terms Automatically

B2B payment terms can now flow between Shopify and MYOB Acumatica during company synchronisation. You configure the mapping between Shopify payment terms and MYOB Acumatica credit terms, and an "Always Export Credit Terms" option ensures your ERP remains the system of record when needed. This eliminates the manual effort of keeping payment terms aligned across both platforms.

Additional Commerce Updates

Tax categories can now be synced with Shopify, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency. BigCommerce users gain multi-location inventory support, giving you better visibility across your fulfilment network.
