Accounts Payable (AP) Bill Entry

Status: native OCR is planned; third-party options available now.

  • Intelligent capture of invoice details to reduce manual keying

  • OCR extracts key data from scanned invoices and receipts

  • Faster approval workflows with fewer errors

  • Today: You can enable invoice OCR via certified third parties (e.g., TRAILD) while native OCR is planned for MYOB Acumatica.

 

Expense Management

Status: planned capabilities.

  • Automatic expense creation from receipt data

  • Credit-card feed integration and smart categorisation

  • Cleaner, more accurate expense reports with less manual effort

 

3) Interactive AI Assistants (Natural Language)

Ask questions in plain English—“What’s our sales performance today?”—and get a text answer plus an auto-generated chart in seconds.

Auto-Complete (Intelligent Suggestions)
